In this project, students were asked to create a project based on a single theme. I chose to do my project Coronavirus themed. As one can see, in the first photo there is a newspaper. I chose to take this picture as the media is where are eyes are all glued to, and we are always looking for any headlines suggesting the end of this pandemic. Next, I chose to photograph a lock as during the pandemic, state and local governments have forced U.S citizens into lockdown. Afterwards, I chose to take a picture of a lysol bottle because in an effort to deter the Coronavirus, humans are using several cleaning products to rid their households of this virus. Then, I chose to photograph a computer as most people have been forced to work from home on the computer and have been forced to use Zoom and CiscoWebEx to go to work. Scroll down a little further, and one can see some shots of NYC and a picture of a ocean, shoes, and grocery bags. The pictures in NYC were taken to represent social distancing

Richard Avedon was born in the city of New York on May 15, 1923. Avedon was born to a Russian-Jewish family that originally were immigrants. Avedon began his photo carrier in 1944, where he quickly became well known to the public eye. Avedon went on to take pictures of several famous people including Dwight D. Eisenhower, Andy Warhol, Marilyn Monroe, Ezra Pound, Isak Dinesen, and Buster Keaton. Notably, Avedon created his own book, "American West" in 1985 and it includes some of Avedon's most famous work. Avedon's work is displayed in many places throughout the United States of America. Specifically, one can find his work in the Minneapolis Institute of Arts  in 1970.  The  Metropolitan Museum of Art , Whitney Museum of American Art and the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art. He is also well known around the world. Some of Avedon's most famous awards include:  Prix Nadar   in for his book, the  Royal Photographic Society 150th Anniversary of  National Arts Award for

      In this assignment, students were asked to take several different self-portraits and post then post them on the app, fotor, where we would organize them. In this assignment, I chose to switch my clothes every time to offer the variety of different colors. In addition to this, I went in several different areas of my house to take the photos so when I put the photos in the collage, it would look more interesting. Not to mention, we also used the app, snapseed, to edit our photos before we organized them. Overall, I found this assignment to be fun as I got to take several different and intricate selfies!        In my self-portrait (the biggest picture), I chose to use this mirror as it created three different images of myself. The images were one of my face, one of my neck, and one of the clothes I was wearing. I thought this would look interesting as it wasn't a traditional self-portrait. My inspiration comes from the sherlock homes actor as he has several different attitudes

        In this assignment, students were asked to take different shots of two different objects that was in their room. Then we would pick the best shot and post in on our blogpost. I chose to take a picture of the 'Cat in the Hat' character and a pair of black leather gloves that sat in my room. Additionally, students were asked to use snapseed, an application that allows one to edit photos, as we don't have the school facilities to edit our photos. This was due to the Coronavirus.

  In this assignment, our teacher, Mr. Worrell, created a task for us to cook or create a type of a food and take process shots during the making. First, I took the ingredients to my salad, (cheese, arugula, turkey, balsamic glaze, olive oil, and onion), and put them on a wooden cutting board to take a picture.        In this project, NA photo students were asked to go to 2 certain spots and take photos there for 10 minutes. These photos include pictures of a Ford Mustang as well as a Kia Sorento in the middle school parking lot. Additionally, the last two pictures were taken in the courtyard in the front of the school.
